Use your facility’s public booking page to connect prepared shipments with verified, approved booking contacts.
At the selected location, the current Orders list lets staff add order numbers manually or import a column of numbers. Adding a number prepares a one-order pickup shipment for booking. Duplicate numbers at the location are reported.
Closing an order to new portal bookings does not cancel an existing appointment. Staff can still book it. The expected-work API also supports combined orders and partial shipments.
The carrier enters their email and receives an eight-digit verification code.
The carrier submits the code. A newly verified contact appears as pending under Schedule → Public booking → Verified booking contacts.
A supervisor or IT user approves access for a location they manage. Email verification alone does not grant booking permission.
The approved contact looks up eligible prepared work by reference and chooses an available time.
Staff can also pre-approve an email under Schedule → Overview → Customer booking access. The customer must still verify their inbox before booking.
Approval applies to the location. It allows lookup of eligible prepared shipments by a known reference; it does not establish which carrier owns each shipment. Contacts may be approved at one location and pending or revoked at another.
Removing an email revokes its grant and sessions. Existing appointments and their separate management links are not automatically cancelled by revoking permission for new bookings.
IT must configure an SMTP sender and a phone-accessible HTTPS application origin. Without configured email delivery, verification is unavailable.
Codes expire after 10 minutes and allow up to five attempts. Verification sessions last two hours in browser memory; reloading the page requires verification again. Reverification never overrides revoked permission.
