What's different about a cold dock

Temps at the door

Log the trailer reading and setpoint on the door itself. The last reading from the gate or yard walk shows with its age, so you know when to look twice.

Frozen doesn't wait behind dry

The truck queue sorts by who's due first, so a frozen load with a tight window doesn't sit behind whoever called the office last.

A record you can show

Every reading is saved with the load, the time and who took it. When a customer asks what temp it left at, you can answer.
